The Journey
I formed ChaChang in February 2020 with a vision to bridge the gap between what schools teach and what life demands. Shortly after, I paused the business to welcome my daughter and pursue my Master of Education in Applied Digital Learning at Lamar University, which I completed in December 2025.
That season didn't slow the mission — it sharpened it. Becoming a mother made the stakes personal and the vision clearer: every student deserves to leave school equipped not just with knowledge, but with the tools to navigate careers and money with confidence.
In February 2026, I returned to ChaChang with a refined business model, a stronger evidence base, and a clearer mission.

5 years in financial services as a former licensed broker and fiduciary
~5 years in Learning & Development, currently serving as Sr. L&D Specialist at Imbibe — where I built the company's first data-driven L&D reporting model and led training programs achieving an 89.72% pass rate companywide
