The Problem We Solve

While educational institutions excel at academic and technical instruction, there is often a missing link: the practical mechanics of acquiring and managing money. As a result, many students enter the workforce with strong academic foundations but without a clear roadmap for professional growth or a compass for the income they earn.

The data is clear. Students overwhelmingly say they lack direction in their careers (Gallup, 2024) and feel unprepared to manage their finances (EverFi, 2025). Research increasingly shows that traditional financial education programs often fail to produce lasting behavioral change (Mancone et al., 2024).

ChaChang bridges this gap. We teach students both how to acquire money through career preparation and how to manage it through financial literacy, the two essential skills for true financial independence. And through our Impact Reports, we give schools a clear view of what students have mastered and where they still need support — while continually refining our curriculum based on what the data shows.

Our Vision

We believe a better world begins with empowered learners.

When people are equipped to earn money and manage it, everything changes. Individuals lead more enriching lives. Communities grow stronger. Innovation accelerates. Inequity fades.

Financial empowerment isn't just a personal milestone. It's a civic force. It's how we build safer neighborhoods, healthier societies, and a future worth inheriting.

This isn't a lesson. This is a legacy.

That's the vision driving ChaChang — and it starts in every classroom we enter.

Our Mission

ChaChang curates and delivers curriculum that equips learners to earn well and manage well, connecting classroom theory and real-world application.

Through our two pillars, Career Preparation and Financial Literacy, we help learners build the tools to launch their careers (resumes, interviews, negotiating a promotion) and the know-how to manage what they earn (budgeting, building credit, retirement savings).

These are timeless skills. The kind that stand the test of time as careers evolve, industries shift, and the economy changes. Career Ready. Money Smart. Future Proof.

Who We Serve

ChaChang works with forward-thinking educational institutions committed to student success beyond the classroom. Our programs are designed for:
